Return Window
You may return eligible items within 10 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable items

Final sale items
Customized or personalized products
Items damaged after delivery
Exchanges
I. We offer free exchanges for size, color, or design(s) (if the desired item is available – in stock), within the return window. The customer pays any applicable price difference.
II. Where the return is not as a result of a wrong order being processed by the store, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return and the exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 – 24 business days after the return is received, inspected, and the item meets the return conditions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect order being processed & delivered.
We DO NOT offer refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer. However, we could offer an exchange per item 3(I) above.
How to Return an Item
Visit the return page.
Select the item you want to return.
Follow and fill in the required fields, including the order number and the reason for return (include photos where possible).
We will generate a prepaid shipping label for you (if applicable).
Pack the item securely, in its original condition, and drop it off at the applicable carrier location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will make it right.
