If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
- Return Window
You may return eligible items within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Jewelries and accessories
- Final sale items
- Customised or personalised products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for size or color within the return window.
- If the desired item is not available (out of stock), we will issue store credit or a refund.
- Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 – 24 business days after the return is received, inspected, and the item meets the return conditions.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong order being delivered.
- How to Return an Item
- Visit the return page.
- Select the item you want to return.
- Follow and fill in the required fields – including the order number and the reason for return.
- We will generate a prepaid shipping label for you (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely, in its original condition, and drop it off at the applicable carrier location.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will make it right.
