If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

  1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  1. Non-Returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Jewelries and accessories
  • Final sale items
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  1. Exchanges
  • We offer free exchanges for size or color within the return window.
  • If the desired item is not available (out of stock), we will issue store credit or a refund.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 – 24 business days after the return is received, inspected, and the item meets the return conditions.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong order being delivered.
  1. How to Return an Item
  • Visit the return page.
  • Select the item you want to return.
  • Follow and fill in the required fields – including the order number and the reason for return.
  • We will generate a prepaid shipping label for you (if applicable).
  • Pack the item securely, in its original condition, and drop it off at the applicable carrier location.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will make it right.
